“It’s the youngster in me that travels” ~ Jules Ellis Burke

Hi. Call me Jules. That’s me, to the left, in the yellow shoes. With me is my pal, Patty and our hawks.. Hazelnut and Acorn, respectively! We’re on our third go of mastering the Emerald Isle. You can catch our first round here.

I will be 73 in 2024. the same age my Mama was when she hopped across the pond in 2003 to visit me in Japan; and three years older than my grandmother when she got down on the stony parapet, leaned back and kissed the Blarney Stone! I followed in her footsteps in 2022! Check out the video here!

My point is, we are never too old to travel. And boomers do it best.

The first step is to find your travel type and style. What excites you? History? Culture? Swim up bars? Sand in the toes? Old world exploring? Faith-based pilgramages? Villas? Resorts? Group tours? Solo Tours? Fly and drive? All of the above? Do you prefer your own backyard (country)? Europe? Asia? Africa? Polynesia? Australia?

So, grab your suitcase, your backpack, your trail pack, or whatever you pack and let’s go!  Across the sea or down the street; go it alone or with family and friends. Go places you always wanted to go, but never thought of until now. It’s time to make some travel dust!
